These Terms of Service govern your use of the DEKO MART online store and your purchase of products through the store. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies made available on the store, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Store use

Prices and orders

Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store. Taxes, shipping charges and discounts are shown when applicable. We may decline or cancel an order where permitted by law, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing or inventory errors, or restrictions on fulfillment. If a paid order is cancelled, the appropriate refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights under applicable law continue to apply.
